چکیده
Prebiotics, probiotics, and synbiotics have been successfully used in dietary supplements to achieve aquatic animal health therefore increase the quality sustainability of fish production. In present study, four hundred twenty common carps, Cyprinus carpio ( 25.37 ± 0.22 g ; id="M2"> mean SE ) were randomly attributed seven treatments, fed with diets containing PrimaLac (probiotic), inulin (prebiotic), Biomin Imbo (synbiotic), 1 2 g/kg for each supplement. After 60 days feeding, an final weight (FW), gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), survival (SR) was recorded treatment groups compared that control id="M3"> P < 0.05 ). The food conversion ratio (FCR) significantly decreased id="M4"> treated showed significant improvements serum immune parameters: lysozyme (LYZ), alternative complement (ACH50), total immunoglobulin (total Ig), myeloperoxidase (MPO) id="M5"> Feeding supplemented enhanced antioxidant status: catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx). Malondialdehyde (MDA) activity lower additives id="M6"> Compared group, enzyme parameters revealed supplementation could decrease alanine transaminase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), aspartate (AST) id="M7"> biochemical including triglyceride (TRIG), cholesterol (CHO), glucose (GLU), cortisol (CORT) id="M8"> Total protein (TP) increased experimental id="M9"> Fish pro, pre, synbiotic exhibited higher digestive enzymes (amylase, lipase, protease) id="M10"> Skin mucus Ig, ACH50, LYZ, protease, ALP) id="M11"> Thus, best recommended inclusion level is doses or Imbo. Dietary PrimaLac, inulin, be as beneficial feed enhance performance, innate systems, promoted digestion carp; also, effect superior prebiotic probiotic.

The aim of this study was to determine the optimal stocking density in koi carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Koi). For this reason, 2400 juvenile koi (1.28 ± 0.11 g) were stocked at five levels of density (50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 fish per m3) and reared for 11 weeks and growth performance, survival rate, and hematological parameters were evaluated. There was no significant difference between first t...
